Clarity, courage, and practice for what’s next

Knowing isn’t the hard part. Living it is.

Maybe you’re navigating a career change, considering independent work, or simply know something needs to change—but can’t quite see the next move. The Dojo is a place to get grounded, get clear enough to move, take meaningful action, and learn from what happens next.

No preparation. No obligation to join.

Why this matters now

It’s a strange time to be a human.

AI is changing work. Layoffs can make once-stable careers feel less certain. Politics, climate, economic pressure, and a nonstop stream of information compete for our attention.

And somehow, we’re still expected to produce, adapt, decide, and perform.

Chaos outside can become uncertainty inside—and uncertainty can disconnect us from our bodies, each other, and what matters.

In all that noise, it can become harder to hear what is actually yours.

We may not get to choose whether the world is uncertain. We can practice how we meet it.
The loop

Thinking harder doesn’t always create more clarity.

You may stay busy, keep researching, reopen the same decision, or wait for things to settle down. Meanwhile, the practices that help you feel like yourself are often the first things to disappear.

One pattern you may recognize:

Overthinking → Overwhelm → Inconsistent Action → Less Self-Trust → More Overthinking
The Good Soul practice
Ground Pause and notice how you’re arriving before choosing what to do.
Notice See what is actually happening—inside you and around you.
Orient Separate what matters from what merely feels urgent.
Act Try one step and see what happens.
Learn Use what happens as information. Adjust and repeat.
For example: Instead of deciding whether to change careers entirely in your head, the next step might be three conversations with people already doing the work.
What could become different

Not perfect. Not fearless. More able to meet what’s here.

What progress might sound like:

“I have no idea what to do next.”
→ “I don’t know exactly where this leads, but I know what I’m willing to try next.”
“Every time life gets intense, I lose myself.”
→ “I know how to return to a few practices that help me regain my footing.”
“I don’t trust myself to follow through anymore.”
→ “I make smaller commitments, keep more of them, and rebuild trust through evidence.”

Founding Practice

A small group.
Real life as practice.

Bring a decision you’re circling, an independent venture you’re considering, an idea you want to try, or something you keep putting off. Use these sessions to work on it, with structure, support, and people practicing alongside you.

Three 60-minute group sessions each week

Monday · Make a start. Choose a next step and settle into focused work alongside others.

Wednesday · Work through a sticking point. Try a guided exercise or explore a challenge through facilitated conversation.

Friday · Reflect and adjust. Review what happened and choose what to carry forward.

Choose the sessions that serve you. In Open Dojo, work quietly or join a conversation. Share only what you choose.

One private hour focused on you

One 60-minute session each month to explore your situation in depth and work out a next step.

Try it in everyday life

Carry one thing through ten days: choose it on Monday, try your next step between sessions, and reflect the following Wednesday.

Bring someone along

One guest pass each month for a selected Open Dojo session. You attend together, with advance booking and space available.

Weekly schedule & membership terms

Your weekly rhythm

Monday
Open Dojo / Co-working · 60 minutes
Wednesday
Guided Practice · 60 minutes
Friday
Open Dojo / Weekly Integration · 60 minutes

Each ten-day cycle runs from Monday through Wednesday of the following week. That closing Wednesday is for reflection; the next cycle begins the next Monday.

Between sessions, brief community check-ins give you a place to share what you tried and what comes next. Participation is optional; posting daily does not include daily coaching replies.

How membership works

  • One private 60-minute session monthly. Unused sessions do not roll over.
  • Group access covers the scheduled calendar. Attendance at every session is optional.
  • Bring practice questions to shared spaces where possible. Private messages are for logistics, rather than ongoing coaching.
  • One guest pass monthly, with advance booking and subject to capacity. You attend together. Selected Open Dojo sessions only; private sessions and member reflection sessions remain member-only. Passes do not roll over.
  • Recordings or asynchronous alternatives may be offered where useful and privacy-appropriate; they are not guaranteed.
  • Priority access to future offerings as they become available.
  • Three-month initial commitment, then month-to-month.

Coaching and practice, not therapy, diagnosis, crisis care, or medical treatment.

Meet Adrian, founder of Good Soul

The Dojo is built around practice—not advice alone.

Across Entrepreneurship, Product and UX, Coding and Design, Mental and Behavioral-Health Technology, Coaching, Yoga, and Creative Practice, I kept encountering the same thing: Knowing and Living are different skills.

Adrian, founder of Good Soul

Build, Test, Learn

Lean Startup, Design Thinking, and Product Management taught me to turn uncertainty into experiments instead of waiting for perfect answers.

Make change practical

Mental and Behavioral Health Technology taught me that behavior is shaped by energy, emotion, environment, friction, and support—not just willpower.

Make room for breath and movement

Certifications in Heroic Coaching, Workshop Instruction, and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training added attention, breath, movement, and embodied awareness to the practice.

Learn Through Practice

Dance, Music, Coding, Design, Entrepreneurship and other Creative Work taught me to learn through repetition, feedback, improvisation, and teaching.

None of this makes me the expert on your life. It shapes how I help you investigate it.

A possible next step

You don’t need to have your life figured out before the conversation.

We can talk about the choice or transition you’re navigating, what kind of support would be useful, and whether the practice makes sense for both of us.

No preparation or obligation to join.
